Veronica and I were both grant managers at CHRIS 180, where I handled the foundation and corporate grants for the development department and she did the government and project grants on the program side. Although our departments and roles were entirely separate, I enjoyed meeting with Veronica to share the challenges and opportunities we each had, and on several occasions I turned to her for her expertise with challenging project grants. She is meticulously organized and an excellent grant writer. I particularly admired the way she was able to connect with both program staff and clients to ensure that the grant project went smoothly
