Veronica's personal mission is to grow the capacity of organizations to meet the needs of under-served communities. She has worked with many nonprofit organizations to increase their capacity through fundraising, program development, evaluation, and board development. Veronica has over ten years of experience in the nonprofit and public sector. She has worked on over 50 grant proposals netting nearly $5 million in federal grants and private foundation funds, and has developed an expertise in federal grants and cooperative agreements in the areas of education, mental health, homelessness and criminal justice.
